  • No personal growth, no promotions. Very few accounts, hence fewer promotion chances.
  • Management does not listen to employee opinions.
  • Hard work does not pay in some of the projects.
Advice to Management

Treat employees as people, and not "resources". Think about employee growth. Value top performers and retain talent. Invest in technology and knowledge growth areas, and add new accounts.
