Overall, a good experience with a few hiccups
- Salary is as per market standard.
- Colleagues are good and helpful.
- WFH facility, good leave policy.
- Less hiking.
- Sometimes work will screw up your personal life.
- Excessive scrutiny by senior managers.
- Technical ability doesn't count much. For growth, you need to know their business. It's simple.
Trust developers. Excessive scrutiny and blaming will never give you the innovative employees you are seeking. Understand that.
