As I already mentioned, the internal communication was very good. The company-wide and division-wide business strategies were very clearly stated and demonstrated, and the company culture and values around integrity, honesty, and top-notch service were always present as well. The contact with direct managers and even senior managers was always very natural, and I always felt welcome and well-guided.
Lots of paperwork and internal trainings for rules and norms, and forms to fill out.
I love how they are open to communicate freely with their employees, and the business direction is very clear.
