Good work-life balance, depending on your project. My project was hard at first, but things got really boring quickly.
The direct managers are good, though they have their hands tied. The frequent restructuring doesn't help anyone. When I resigned, my 'division' had been changed so many times I had trouble recalling what my org was. No kidding.
