Best place for work-life balance
Work-life balance is very awesome. People are very friendly. Some benefits, like desk setup, will be there.
Salary and hike is not good as compared to other product companies. Work is too less, and learning is not there much. Hikes are mostly between 5-10 percent. Structural and organizational change every year.
Don't do structural change every year.
