Extremely lax work/life balance, with lots of vacation and sick days.
In IT development:
Not the friendliest for high-potential, hungry, young talent. All the red tape, old processes, and legacy systems are reminiscent of a very old “tech” company.
I’ve witnessed and experienced a very toxic work culture as a result.
