Pros

There are decent benefits and good team members. Great people all around, and I rarely get stressed. I do good work that makes an impact.

Cons

When I first started, I believed that Dell’s culture was the best. Work/life balance was great.

But now I realize leadership consistently changes its mind, with no consistency. They have been slowly diminishing the Dell culture that made me believe this was the best place to work.

I was even willing to go under the median as an entry-level software engineer.

Advice to Management

Roll back the remote/hybrid policy. It is wrong to boast about Dell's amazing WFH and say going remote has made us more efficient, then completely demolish that by implementing a very strict switch to hybrid work and having to move to main Dell hubs.
