Too good a company for women to employ, if your manager was good
Too good a company for women to be employed if your manager was good.
Salary is good.
Hikes are good (if you are promoted), else an ok hike.
Benefits are good.
Managers are good, but some are okay, so at that time, you feel the company is not good.
No onsite opportunities.
Some managers are really too good, and even their support for the team is awesome. But some other managers, who just focus on work and not on employees' health and situations, need to be focused on.
