Infrastructure was really good.
No minimum work hour policy. Higher management is just bothered about the work assigned to you. If you are efficient enough to complete it before time, you can enjoy and chill out.

There have been quite a few changes in the policies recently, after Dell acquired it. Most of the benefits were diluted or revoked.
Too many changes at the top level, and hence people didn’t have clarity about future tasks/assignments.
Hope the Dell policies match up to the existing EMC policies.
