- Decent work if you get into the core of core products.
- Work-life balance.
- Job security (Relatively stable company and less frequent layoffs).
- Average pay.
- Less hike (once per year appraisal, average hike is around 8%).
- Less benefits (not much perks, no free food/snacks, not so good transportation).
- Peer quality is average.
- Not an engineering-focused organization.
- Clearly better than service companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc.
- Clearly lower than NetApp, Cisco, Juniper, Nvidia, etc.
- Not comparable with Amazon, Microsoft, Nutanix, etc.
- Give good hikes to top performers so that they will stay and get motivated to do better work.
- Stop cutting benefits in the name of operational efficiency. Don't act like service companies.
