- More recognition to bootlickers than hard-working people.
- No proper mentorship or career path for employees.
- Micromanagement.
- Too many meetings and all-hands.
- Zero benefits.
- Work-life balance is just a myth.
- Hard-working people are ignored during increments and promotions.
Hire some good managers who are not biased towards the people who do more bootlicking than working.
