- Less compensation based on other similar companies for the same role.
- Hectic work without any boundaries for remote workers.
- Compulsory hybrid for managerial roles and I8 above roles.
Management is caring a lot more about cutting costs at the cost of employees' well-being. They can improve compensation based on other competitors, provide better career growth guidance, and also set boundaries for people who are working remotely. As right now, we get work at any hour of the 24-hour clock.
