I would say Dell is the best place to work at. All are very supportive, and work is also balanced. I would really recommend Dell to everyone. Only at Dell, many people are staying for very long years and are not resigning.
Because Dell is a US-based company, meetings can sometimes be between 7-9 AM. Other than that, I have not seen any cons at Dell.
There is no advice because, from my experience, I really feel Dell is the best of the best company to work at.
