New RTO doesn’t make sense
Literally nothing.
I said nothing.
Dell HR is not complying with their word.
Hired as remote, they are now asking employees to come to the office, threatening termination or lack of career advancement if they do not meet RTO guidelines.
I have seen some terrible directors who travel onsite in the name of meetings and shop online during team meetings. They should be banned, along with their travel plans, when they claim to be attending onsite team meetings. They just come here for a trip and enjoy the 24-hour flight.
