Advice to Management

Equality - Some IC leaders hoard their knowledge instead of sharing it. This knowledge should be open and contribute to teamwork. However, they continue to act unfairly towards followers, especially those of different races.

Diversity - One race may often cover for people of their own race due to job security concerns, acting as a form of bureaucracy and discrimination. You'll see one race occupying 99% of jobs, not only at Dell but in many US tech companies.

Outlook and Layoff - AI has great potential, as we are told. However, companies continue to lay off employees, especially high performers. Older workers also find it hard to find new jobs, even if they had great achievements for the company.

Retain Talent - We are losing some real talent.
