A good place to keep repetitive work churn, if that's your thing.

Cons

Selecting poor leaders who keep getting promoted into power positions by friends. Those leaders have no consistent results to show.

Advice to Management

Stop the change in management churn. Pushing the entire $100B organization to be common has some merit but stifles innovation. How do you innovate when you're forced to be the same?
