A good place to work, where you are valued as a human being and not just as a resource. Learning, etc., depends on the team you end up with. Not too much politics. Overall, a great culture.
No perks. Hikes are less.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.

The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
