Good work-life balance. Very good management and leadership. Great values and ethics. Nice place to shape your career in this established organization. Everyday has a new learning with fun. Encouraged and supported to learn new technologies. Have really good people around you to work with. People here are really nice and highly competent and perfectly skilled in their respective domains.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.

The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
