Dell is not just a company; it's more than that. My experience here at Dell has been wonderful, from the learning experience to a wonderful and supportive team. The learning curve has been amazing.
There is a complete work-life balance, and you get to learn a lot on an everyday basis. I would definitely recommend Dell to everyone who wants to be a part of Dell.
There are no cons, as far as I think.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.

The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
