I worked as an intern in DELL EMC R&D, Bangalore. The work, the flexibility, and the work environment were good enough.
No huge cons as such. Working in R&D is itself a pressure of doing something that hasn't been done before.

There is a huge lack of communication and interaction between the teams and the newbies.
It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
The process consisted of: * 1 Online Aptitude round * 1 Coding round * 2 Interviews (1 technical and 1 HR round) The questions were average in difficulty. The process was held on the Unstop site and was smooth.
