Work culture is great. Team is awesome and supportive. No politics. Good, decent salary. Care for the employee as a person. Lot of ERGs to join and contribute to the world.
Hike is very low unless you get a promotion.
You will be happy. You will have time for your life and personal stuff.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
