Growth opportunities get blocked.
Employees should be freely allowed for internal movement.
Though higher management is free internally within the Business Unit, there are hurdles, and it becomes a marathon run to get that opportunity.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
