Good work-life balance is pretty decent.
Management is utterly incompetent and shrewd. Employees do not get a fair share of their contribution.
Management needs to play a much stronger role in order to foster a healthy work culture where the technical expertise of the employees can flourish rather than becoming stagnant.
It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
