The work environment is good, and people interact well here. You just need to prove yourself as a fresher in the company.
Lot many employees... you can't prove yourself as a fresher. Spend at least 2 years to know about the company policies.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
