TellDell - the yearly feedback process - actually, they listen to your feedback. I've never seen any other company do this level.
Lack of transparency. If your manager is outside of India, you feel completely disconnected.
This company is moving towards being more US-centric, and the Bangalore development center has become an engineering center where no innovation is allowed.
After a certain level, you can't grow much. Everything becomes predictable. You can very easily sense that it's time to look for options outside.
If you work for eDell, you have to be available 24/7.

It's not too tough, if you know the core of all computer science topics and have a good grip over DSA and Networking. The HRs are very humble and ensure that the candidate is not panicked or overwhelmed by the process.
The college placement for internships was conducted solely online. They did recruit many students, but I don't know about the conversion rate. However, I did learn that the company is very nice and has a good work culture.
The process consisted of: * 1 Online Aptitude round * 1 Coding round * 2 Interviews (1 technical and 1 HR round) The questions were average in difficulty. The process was held on the Unstop site and was smooth.
