The process was fast and easy. One day, I conducted the interview by phone. I completed and answered all questions, both technical and personal. Afterward, I received the contract by email. I accepted the offer and began after three days.

I had applied online. I had no phone interviews or recruiter screenings and was directly called onsite. I was a bit surprised, as this is not the norm for other companies. I went anyway, since Dell is a reputable company. I was put up in a good hote

Had a phone call with a recruiter. The person I spoke to was very rude during the interview process once I indicated that I would not be able to start in a few weeks. I had already provided this information on my resume. Would not recommend.
