First 3 months at Dell
The working hours are flexible since my team consists of mostly India members and some Ireland members. There are a lot of resources for me to learn new stuff and technologies. My team members are also very helpful when I am facing any issues in my development. Overall, I really enjoy working with my current team.
One of the cons of flexible working hours is that they are too flexible. There are frequent night meetings due to different time zones.
