Good Company, Slow Management
Pretty good company. No major complaints; I generally thought that it was a pretty good place to work. Certainly room for improvement in a lot of places, but it was a good company.
Moves slowly, which could be expected for a large company. Many processes take longer than one would like due to a very slow management system.
Give employees the permission they need to get stuff done.
Things move quite slowly when there is too much red tape.
