Pros

Great place if you're looking for work-life balance or settling down.

Supportive team and genuinely good colleagues.

Decent benefits and stability.

Cons

Stagnant career growth – Learning opportunities are scarce unless you hustle outside the job. The role itself won’t push you forward.

Upskilling is just for show – Even if you invest your time and effort to learn new things, the environment won’t let you apply any of it. Growth is blocked by outdated mindsets.

Company-first, people-last – Organizational goals are prioritized while employee development is an afterthought. You’re a cog, not a creator.

No promotions, no hikes – Recognition comes in words, not raises. Every attempt to ask is met with the same script: “Everyone is waiting for a promotion” or “We truly value your contribution.” Spoiler alert: That value doesn’t show up in your payslip.

Token morale boosters – Don’t expect meaningful change. Instead, brace yourself for a thank-you email or an ice cream day and pretend it’s motivation.

Good place to rest. Not to grow. Stay too long, and you'll forget what ambition feels like.

Advice to Management

Meaningful growth and retention start with listening. Ignoring feedback only creates a workplace where disengagement becomes the norm.
