Very nice work-life balance, lots of fun activities. Software engineers have the opportunity to work on different tech stacks and different roles, such as L3 Support, DBA, software development, and systems engineering. Flexible timings and sufficient leave are available, with a work-from-home option. It is good for experienced employees to get settled and retire.
Software development is not strong. Most of the teams are working on old tech stacks. Only limited teams work in proper, well-orchestrated sprints.
Growth in terms of salary is not so good.
I joined the company through campus recruitment. Two interviews were scheduled on the same day. One was a technical round, and the other was an HR round. The results of the interviews were announced that same evening.
1st Round: Technical * Problem-solving and frontend tech stack questions (Angular, HTML, CSS) 2nd Round: Manager * Why did you leave your previous organization? * Why are you interested in this organization? * What are your expectations? *
It was a very good interview experience. In total, there were 2-3 rounds, which included managerial and technical rounds. All rounds were well organized, and the interviewers were friendly and encouraging.
