I have been working at Dell for a while. Things had been perfect at first. Now, the only pros are the people.
- Low salary
- No adjustments due to inflation
- All talents are leaving the company
- No future for the project and indecisiveness in what they want to go for
- Poor career path
- No intention to change anything mentioned above
You should care for the people you've got.
In Egypt specifically, after 3 raise cycles and a promotion, and being the top contributor in my team, my salary decreased by 30% due to inflation and a no-adjustment decision taken by the company.
Right now, any company existing in the market is at least offering double the salary at Dell, and sometimes offering triple.
By this rate, Egypt COE will close by the end of the year.
