Great work-life balance. Dell encourages you to keep upskilling and updating yourself according to the industry. It provides you with great opportunities.
No cons, as far as my experience.
5-6 rounds of interviews, depending on your hiring manager. Most of them are technical. There will be an initial telephonic interview, followed by the remaining interviews on campus (which might now all be online due to COVID).
Five 30-minute onsite interviews. No coding was required in the interview process. Interviews focused on previous experience, resume details, and other technical questions. The interviewers were nice, and the interview process felt more like a norm
The interview occurred in 3 stages. Two with the HR recruiter and one with the technical team. The entire process was very quick and smooth. No test was required, we just talked and aligned expectations.
