Work-life balance is good. Other than this, there are no such pros.
Compensation is very poor. Even market correction did not happen timely. Also, there are very few bonuses and no other perks apart from basic pay. Organizations have also not had a good project that allows learning better and contributing to world technologies, just mainly maintaining the existing product.
Compensation should be revised as per the market of the IT industry.
