You work side by side with senior developers, who tutor and help you get into their work. Management is on the same level as everyone else, which is nice.
It might be too corporate for some. IT departments resemble business departments too much, so if you are not into that, it might be a bummer.
If more interns worked together, as opposed to each being assigned to a different team, bigger results could be achieved by interns alone, promoting growth.
