The recruiter set up a manager phone screen for fit. The manager conducted a tech screen over the phone. The on-site interview had several tech rounds. Then, there was a second round over the internet. An offer was made.

The process was tedious but yielded no fruitful outcome, as the interviewers didn't heed the candidates' requests to mention that they didn't require many people, even when they themselves had come to conduct the interviews.

Very smooth and fast. Instant results in a maximum of two days. Everyone was sweet. There was good coordination among all processes. A very nice process. Happy to be a part of Dell IT Technologies.
