Flexible work hours, nice vacation.
Work-life balance is not good. Low pay.
Be technical.
DELL conducted an on-campus placement drive at my university. Out of 177 students, approximately 50 cleared the first round, which consisted of aptitude, technical, and programming language-based questions. The second round was a Technical Intervie
The process consisted of: * 1 Online Aptitude round * 1 Coding round * 2 Interviews (1 technical and 1 HR round) The questions were average in difficulty. The process was held on the Unstop site and was smooth.
Very long, with many interviews with different people from domestic regions or abroad. Interview questions were mainly about basic software topics like object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms, etcetera.
