Great company for flexibility
Dell is very flexible about WFH, and most employees only work 1-2 days in the office, some even less than that. The HR team is great and works hard at constantly improving the company environment. There are many opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community.
Very large company, which is slow to become Agile. Some knowledge silos.
Become more agile, invest less time and effort in waterfall planning.

It was an excellent interview, and basics should be strong. They were asking so many questions from DS and C. They were focusing on basic understandings. But they were very polite and good. Just be relaxed during the interview.
