Nice headquarters with a good design team and management. Got multiple offers but did not like Austin since housing is expensive, and Dell doesn't really design much since vendors do that.

I was invited to interview after speaking to a recruiter during my university career fair. I interviewed on my school's campus the following day and received an offer later that afternoon. It was a very quick process.

I agreed to a phone screen. When my scheduled time arrived, I received no call. Even after emailing both the interviewer and the recruiter, I got no response for several days. It was a complete waste of time.
