Nice work culture. Good people to work with at Dell.
Management and employees don't bother about the interns.
Interns are considered as those people who are meant to do the work which permanent employees do for one fourth salary.
I was an intern at Dell for 1 year, and the mentor who was assigned to me didn't bother about my project, not even my manager.
I didn't even get a chance to give an interview. Please do consider your interns for an interview.
