Software Engineer II
The interview occurred in 3 stages. Two with the HR recruiter and one with the technical team. The entire process was very quick and smooth. No test was required, we just talked and aligned expectations.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Recruiter screening, 30-minute call, then HackerRank OA, and then a final panel 45-minute interview that was completely behavioral. Lax questions for both screening and final. I think they were really looking for culture fit.
