Can learn a lot. Bad work-life balance though
Good work culture. You can learn lots. Not much fuss to take leaves that you have. Managers who behave professionally. Less chances of getting fired, even when the company goes through a bad time.
Bad work-life balance. The pay is not up to industry standards.
Please increase the salary bracket for all your employees equally. I get that it's competitive salary, but there is a huge difference in salary for people having the same job title.
