Dell is a very large employer here in Austin. The company is much better about work flexibility than it used to be. The location is great if you live in Round Rock.
Dell as a company has not found its direction. So, it's worth consideration that you are hitching your wagon to an incomplete corporate transition. No ESPP. If you live in Austin, it is a commute.
