Good work-life balance.
Cross-department/product migration is good.
Salary is decent.
Communications from HR is pathetic.
Internet access, security restrictions, and huge paperwork give an uncomfortable feeling.
For software products, there is no good roadmap. Repeated new projects and their scrapping are common.
Planning of software products is not great, often resulting in scrapping and sometimes in employee downsizing.
Worry about product failure and downsizing stays in the mind.
We need to improve the predictability in software product development.
