Idle Work, Uncompetitive Salary
If you want to sit idle and are interested in doing the normal task, then definitely one should go for Dell.
There is no challenging task happening at Dell. I was dissatisfied with the salary that they offered to me, which was not at all competitive as compared to the market rate.
At least they should consider newly hired freshers for equal opportunities with software development positions and should not throw them randomly into any baseless technology in which they will never be interested.
