My experience with the hiring manager and the recruiter was impressive. I appreciate the timely manner in which all details were carried out and without wasting time. Dell came to bat with a serious offer from the start, and there was no need to banter back and forth.
It can be challenging, just like any other job.
Sometimes, work/life balance can be challenging as well.
However, if you are honest with yourself and your manager, things can always be worked out.
