Transparent and friendly. Inquisitive but polite. Fair, not intolerant. Did not try to make me feel uncomfortable. Took me to lunch. It was fun. The location was nice. The parking was not great. Downtown location. Had an on-site interview first. T

Observations: * Members of the interview team tended to ask the same questions, indicating a lack of coordination. * There was a long lag time between interviews and receiving feedback. * Two interviewers were late to the call.

The interview process consisted of two technical rounds and one HR round. I received a call from HR regarding my first-round interview discussion. The whole process took one month. Finally, I got an offer letter from Dell's Jurong office.
