It used to be an okay company a few years ago.
Dell is the worst! The leadership at Dell is some of the worst you will find in all the tech industry. Nepotism, incompetence, no accountability for failed product lines and bad management.
And sadly, they keep laying off good employees and keeping the garbage leaders who should be the first to go. It's a joke.
Hire qualified, competent leaders. Hold failed leaders accountable by letting them go instead of hard-working, good employees. Start releasing products on time with quality. That would be a novel idea.
Observations: * Members of the interview team tended to ask the same questions, indicating a lack of coordination. * There was a long lag time between interviews and receiving feedback. * Two interviewers were late to the call.
During my recent technical interviews, I discussed applying TDD in real-world scenarios, demonstrated deep .NET expertise, optimized complex SQL queries, and showcased hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Key Vault, and Stora
Transparent and friendly. Inquisitive but polite. Fair, not intolerant. Did not try to make me feel uncomfortable. Took me to lunch. It was fun. The location was nice. The parking was not great. Downtown location. Had an on-site interview first. T
