Two-part interview. First was a standard behavioral interview, but the second was a very unusual pair programming exercise in a language I didn't have any experience with. I was given plenty of hints and website resources to help.

The interview process consists of: * 1 Phone Screen with the hiring Manager * 4 short onsite interviews The interviews are based mostly on the resume; however, they also consist of questions on Java and Databases.
