Dell had always been an employee-driven company.
Work/life balance was always important, and Dell did it well.
If only Dell could go back to the way it was for the first 20 years.
It seems Dell is no longer about the company and more about the bottom line only. After 24 years of dedication to the job, Dell decided that they would repay me by laying me off in a "Workforce Reduction," just 3 years from retirement. It was a lovely going-away present.
Go back to taking care of the customer and your employees. Without them, there would be no bottom line.
Pretty easy 1 DSA question. That's all. LeetCode medium and very internal details about databases in general. Previous company questions and architecture details about company software. Pretty easy managerial round.
The interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind. The process was easy to set up, and she was very informed and able to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed being able to have the supportive environment.
Focuses on your past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how you handle specific situations. Questions go deeper into your skills, cultural fit, and how you would approach challenges specific to the role or company.
