Nothing to praise. It's like hell.
Out of all of my experiences in the IT industry, my worst experience has been with DELL.
I have not seen such an unorganized and almost non-existent work culture in my life. People are so uncooperative and will try to pull each other down. People have unrealistic expectations and will not provide you any resources to fulfill them.
A request to all my friends: think a hundred times before joining this organization.
According to them, the best place to train their people is Google or YouTube. Almost nil skill enhancement programs. Almost nil knowledge sharing among people.
I am specifically mentioning the DELL R&D center, and more precisely, the DELL sustaining engineering team there.
Racism rules there, and people listen only to the people belonging to their own state.
